Products sold by us are covered by the manufacturers’ warranty as mentioned in the product warranty card
The minimal manufacturer’s warranty takes effect from the date of purchase. eXtra extended warranty services (Force 24/7 Services contract) are available for many categories of products that we sell.
You must check and read owner manual before using the product to make sure it meets all safety, security and electrical local requirements.
Unless specified, electrical products that se well are designed to work on 220-240 Volts. If you do not have appropriate installation to operate at this electrical voltage, we do not recommend you to use the product. Products damaged due to use with wrong electrical sources and / or supplies will not be accepted under manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.
All products sold by us have received quality control approvals and are deemed to be functional when shipped by us. After (7) days from the date you receive the product, if there is any problem with the purchased product, it is recommended to contact directly manufacturer’s authorized service center in Saudi Arabia to get repair for the product.

It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the manufacturer authorized service center to get his item for service, maintenance or repair. eXtra will support the customer by providing the authorized service center location and contact details upon request.
eXtra is not responsible for the repair quality, repair cost, nor repair time delivered by any exterior service center. In case of any problem with service, maintenance or repair the customer is kindly requested to refer to the manufacturer’s service center directly.
We provide direct maintenance and repair for all products under eXtra Force 24/7 Services contract, and for any product serviced directly by our technical centers. Products categories and brands entitled for direct service, maintenance or repair through eXtra technical centers, include:
- TV & HOME CINEMA: BENQ, CLASS, PRIMA
- HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES: CLASS, LAGERMANIA, PRINCESS
For other brands and categories not listed above, the service, maintenance and repair should be carried by manufacturer authorized service center – anyone of many appointed by the manufacturer- under its warranty terms and conditions.
Customer is asked to back-up his data before handing over the defective item to eXtra for repair. We are not responsible for any third party application, software and/or personal data, as it could be lost during the repair process. Labor charge is not refundable in case customer wishes to have his item back without repair. eXtra will provide 30 days maintenance warranty for the repaired item.
The customer shall insure that his contact details are correct, in order to update about repair status. eXtra is not responsible for the item if it is not collected by customer within 3 months from eXtra missions sheet date.
